I actually thought there was clarity in terms of a scale back occurring. I recall the SSP offer saying something like, if there was an over subscription, then the company had the absolute discretion to scale back.
Pretty clear to me. I then, knowing this, could decide whether or not to subscribe. Knowing full well that I might not get what I had applied for.
