Yes the first point has a target date, First Quarter 2022. However the second part doesnt really say how these will take or when they expect to have some outcomes. The market wont hang around and wait for something to happen at SOME time. Hence the reason for the drop off in interest. I think the announcements should give some more confidence in exactly what and when they are doing it. Just my take.
Would love to see it creep back upto the high teens before another announcement this time.
