No need to worry Gutnick used the company as a transfer vehicle for transmitting fund within his family and friend network. He was not at all interested in shareholder concerns - that us mining of any serious scale. There were diamonds mined but God knows where they ended up. He is a serial bankruptor of companies - lesson learnt - ASIC is a very poor regulator.
