Good deal for Link holders as it stands but what I don't understand is why would Dye & Durham want any part of LNK - I'm assuming it's just for their 44% holding of PEXA. PEXA in play next and this is a blocking acquisition.

They must have another deal in play to offload the LNK business once this goes through, no synergies what so ever and keeping the PEXA holding.

Any thoughts on this?

Possibly other plays coming through..GLTAH
