CSL is a quality stock, a lot of investors will jump at the chance to get it a bit more cheaply than the market price. There will be a scaleback, Knowing retail investors the SPP will be oversubscribed even if the SP is under $273 at the closing date- a lot of small investors will jump in early and subscribe on principle.
