Why are people implying the spp issue price is a 5% discount?
I read the issue price to be either $273 or a 2% discount to the 5 day vwap if the share price falls.
Is that right?
I agree with heavy scaleback sentiment. I also suspect csl will give all spp applicants a minimum allocation of 10 during the scaleback regardless of the number they held at record date.
Just my thoughts.
