For the life of me, a SP lower POST this announcement than prior, is just plain crazy.

This is 100% a good thing, and the company is stronger now than 2 days ago pre this deal.

As an 8 figure SME owner, I would personally take this deal all day. The chances of me personally finding an investor who would offer a facility for up to circa 3 times my current EV in exchange for equity at my discretion, is just about 0. I would be doing cartwheels!!

Its not just the cash itself, its the confidence.

It says, hey, we are serious now. Its just so empowering for the BOD and management.

HIO is now in such a better position, its not funny.

I'm buying more, because to me this has moved HIO significantly closer to the end goal.
