Looking at the situation with glass half full - it does provide those shareholders who have done their research with an amazing opportunity ie first bite at purchasing more shares (acknowledging not everyone will have cash available) at a discounted price until such time the information and reality slowly filters through to those without the "inside" information!

Having said that.....it is very frustrating to hear how much valuable management time is wasted in what should be a very straight forward process and announcement release when it was clearly material and market sensitive.
