Sumita Pandit & John Connolly seem great directors to have on board, but they seem more experienced in the m&a and venture capital space. Lovina seems to have a lot of experience in building products & businesses as well as sales, so it would be a shame to lose her......add to that the message it sends. Somewhat concerned after the founders have left with new ceo & profit downgrade.....another signal of perhaps not all being well.
