The deal yesterday was the best PR HIO could get for a long long time. I see so many new names on this thread from yesterday. HIO has amassed the biggest jump in the number of interested new holders/new planned-to-be holders in a single day. Even Daz08 also appears on this forum. According to him, if any company does a CR, bring in a new substantial holder onto the registry with a big sum of fund to help the company moving forward, then that company will be dead (haha). If so, every company would be dead. No company would raise fund. So what happens to BRN someone mentioned yesterday, they raised a similarly structured deal with LDA and its sp has increased 700%?

His theory is basically: you raise fund, you'll be dead. You dont raise fund, you'll be dead. Haha. Even company increases its resource and sign off-takes, shares would sold into. What about thousands of potential investors out there? What about hundreds of big and small institutions out there, they won't buy into a great project because a major holder sell down? And what about that major investor, they don't want to make 10 bags, 20 bags on their investment?

One thing for sure: HIO is now attracting probably more than a hundred of new buyers, investors, traders since the great financing deal ann yesterday. Why? It is because many have never thought that HIO could do such a big and brilliant financing deal at this early stage. I myself was nicely surprised too. Off-takes and other financing deals are now closer than ever.
