Go and research death spiral finance. You have been sold a pup, dressed up as this wonderful finance deal, over time the share price will fall, if hio taps LDA finance. No doubt LDA will be selling there free shares they got part of the deal yesturday. People thought it was regal funds management. Might be, but would have likely been LDA first.
