BRN had a similar put option agreement in aug 20 though a smaller figure and LDA proved to be a worthwhile partner. BRN share price had doubled since the deal. LDA supports worthwhile businesses.
As long as HIO project is worthwhile don't see it as a death finance deal. Anyway time will tell.
