    You are talking nonsense. Do your research you have no idea what you talking about. HIO has the discretion. What does BFS stand for..BANKABLE FEASIBILITY STUDY. Banks lend on this; it is bankable. LDR has no shares to sell and probably never will and if they do it will be north of $2.00 and over 12months away......so be it.
