You could almost cut and paste all of your negative posts about management, it's like listening to a broken record. It's the same dribble over at EXR as well. One thing I do agree with you on is that you should never again go in hard on specs as you're just not cut out for it. The speccy market is volatile and a few pips up or down is the norm. You incessantly bag management when in reality the fundamentals have not changed, if anything they've improved as IVZ and EXR both continue to be derisked.
