difference is that Africa is a undeveloped country that wants to progress , govt bullshit won't be an issue as they don't pander to the jelly generations that we have now a days...things will happen as planned ...
it's said that a under developed country doesn't care about the environment as they have more things of concern...like a better standard of living.Once people have enough to live then they worry about the environment....Africa is a long way off...and ans will help them and supply the steel to progress in this world .
