    The story is that a group from Brisbane yesterday purchased 10%+,could be as high as 14%.

    !4% is useless unless you go the whole way, they paid as high as 24 so if there is a takeover etc on ,they have to pay at least this.

    Perhaps there is room to move here at 20c.
