“However, because there have been previous discussions and agreements on this and the timetable was already in place, I authorise the Ministry of Minerals to finalise and sign so that the project can start as soon as possible.”
The permanent secretary for the Ministry of Minerals stated that PR NG and the Tanzanian government are preparing documents.
Peak said it will update the market upon the finalisation of documentation and the signing of the economic framework agreement.

The devil is going to be in the detail here.
Hopefully Peak dont have to give too much away.

Or has this been a sticking point of negotiation for some time.
All a bit confusing.

Yes agree. IMO it sounds like the relationship is ok though it's just ironing out the details. We have to be patient I suppose. On flip-side SYR just signed binding agreement with Tesla for 4 years for all of its Pure graphite, this market is not going away so Peak is well placed for long-term IMO. SYR up 30% it's off once comes out of trading halt, PEK will be same in 3-5 years.
