The other factor is the ACCC; it won't let Tel$tra snap up any of the smaller companies. Already it has a number of actions against Tel$tra and its broadband practices, for one; there is no government in Australia that is going to allow Tel$tra to effectively re-regulate the Telecom industry in Australia. This allows companies like UNW to grow and expand as 'disruptive technology'. If I had shares in Tel$tra, which I don't, then I would be selling them on the next up-swing in the chart. They are in trouble.
