True, with the numerous Jetstar cancellations today (allegedly due to 'COVID isolation, but maybe also because many flights weren't full, so airlines cancel some) coming out of left field.
Bad publicity leads to fewer bookings given the uncertainty each day as to how many QAN staff will be forced to isolate as a 'close contact'.
