#1 : Sam announces an ON-MARKET share buyback for $400,000,000 & commences buying at $1
#2 : Long-term shareholders can sell ON-MARKET and simply lock in normal capital gains eliminating tax problems caused by a dividend.
#3: Shareholders can then make a decision weather to stay for PSC (2:0) the new Zimbabwe exploration company to try and do it all again or leave.
#4: When this ON-MARKET BUYBACK is complete, PSC (2:0) will simply have around50 million shares on issue after the cancellation of all buyback shares.
#5: Instead of having 469 MILLION shares on issue, PSC (2:0) will be trading AT LEAST or a small premium of +$1 because it will have left only around 50 million shares on issue.
** VERY SIMPLE SAM! maybe i need to charge you $100,000 Grand for this roadmap analysis for you to make this simple decision![]()
Merry Xmas : Jesus didn't die on the cross for you to stuff this up, he loves us and this is your roadmap to follow..
