May I ask why you have not submitted a complaint to ASIC? Clearly people listen to you in a way they haven't listened to others who've put forward concerns.

Personally, I have no intention of submitting a complaint. It would take me days to assemble all the evidence I have into a single document and then, I suspect, I would be written off as a paranoid housewife.

However, I really hope that some of you with more clout will take this up. There have been similar games played with smaller stocks on the ASX in the last few years. This time it has got too big and I hope the regulators have more of an incentive to deal with it.

I hope they will look not only at the recent events but go back to where the money went, starting with the original issue of 1 cent shares (consolidated to 5 cent), most of which have been sold at 30 cps or more. Also that they look at the disclosure documents on Nexbis acquisition and the lack of disclosure around the relationship between Nexbis and Sapio (go back to the last page of the announcement of 17 January 2007, well prior to Nexbis).

Also look at the patent issues, claims of "patent filed in 140 countries" even after the patent process appears (by my limited understanding) to have been abandoned in the US and Malaysia.

Sadly, I suspect we will get the once-over-lightly investigation with a few small fry targets in foreign countries putting anything more than "wet bus ticket" fines in the too hard basket.
