50 million USD equates to just under 70 million Aud. A 70 million market cap for PSC would equate to roughly a 15c share price. This is a CASH BACKED market cap and iv never seen a company trade below cash backed value for very long. I don’t believe PSC has really ever held this much cash before (correct me if I’m wrong) and it’s traded at a lot higher than 15c..

You will also need to price in any new acquisitions it makes in the next 3 months. Usually a promising new tenement for an explorer adds 10-30 million to a market cap.. There are multiple explorers on the asx with less than 5 million in the bank and trading at market caps of 70million plus.

Once this deal is approved at the general meeting, shares in PSC at the current price will be more of a safe haven than gold. With 50k now you will get to retain 10k + in shares next year plus get paid out 60k+ in dividends at 90ish cents. 70k for the price of 50k regardless of what the share price or even better the worlds financial markets do between now and then.
