Reminds me of the Jews fleeing Nazi Germany where the boats were stopped by other countries and Jews were returned or detained eventually ending up in the gas chambers.
We know that there is persecution of the minority hindu community in Sri Lanka. If the refugees are focibly returned some will invetibly be killed
