MC - nothing special IMO - I suspect it would be standard practice for MC to sign everyone they can to ensure they cover all bases on the chance of the occasional success. The fan-boys on here act like MC searched out the goat for a celebrity signing, but in reality that was 6 months ago and so far it has so far amounted to nothing for the shareholders. Value?
Visa - This agreement was signed over 12 months ago, and not a breath mentioned since - need I say more? Come to mention it, this was the same announcement as the Fiserv agreement - the multibillion dollar alliance that was going to rain gold according to the cheer-squad .... again, nothing.
Fresh supply co - the same time as MC - 6 months ago, and nothing. I need not bother.
Since the Visa announcement, there has been:
- A query on the Westpay agreement announcement - funny that Westpay has not been mentioned since?
- 3 x ASX price queries due to pumping.
- A CR of $18M to "sophisticated investors" at 9 cents which was previously stated as not necessary.
- An ASX query regarding the dodgy CR above.
- A dodgy share transaction by the CEO which was also queried by the ASX.
- The aquisition of Appstablishment from the goat and his mum for $M's at shareholder's expense.
- The dodgy aquisition of Invigo for $10M at shareholder's expense, while it was making only $250K pa?
- A $1.1M upgrade to Spenda before it even made us anything.
- Aquisition of Greenshoots at SH's expense for god-knows-what.... nobody has yet been able to explain this, except for cheap Indian labour.
- No less than 8 Investor presentations, and 1 Webinar telling us how good they are, even though they are still making a loss.
All that has come since these agreements were signed is a lonely Twitter post (not ASX announcement, mind you, because they balls those up too much for ASX to take them seriously) that we may have made $2K revenue on an obscure cross-boarder transaction? Really?...... Seriously, just really? WT actual F?
