I had another look at my initial post on the 19th of October 2021 and after speaking to Jon Pilcher and rewatching the successful trofinetide results update on the zoom webinar I make the following comments .
1. Current capitalisation of the company is approx $468 million .Compared with other biotech companies they are still very undervalued .I believe most of the selling in the stock has been finished ,from my experience the selling washout normally takes about 10 trading days to complete .
2. Based on the recent share register I obtained insto buying have been coming from 2 nz funds and the selling mainly from retail.
3. Buying from other overseas buying has been limited ,I expect that to pick up early in the new year when Jon Pilcher has the oppportunity to talk to the many overseas instos and funds he has previously spoken to .
4. Jon Pilcher mentioned that the results were better than he had hoped for .
5.Jon is still very confident on the prospects on NNZ2591 especially more so after recent trofinetide results .
6. The company would still have about $32 mill in the bank .
7. More analysts will have Neuren on their radar going forward .Currently valuations are between low $5 and high $7’s.
8. Acadia has become more of a takeover target now their pipeline has been expanded with trofinetide ,there is a lot of money looking for investments in the biotech/pharma space .
9. Neuren at current levels is definitely a takeover target as someone could buy Neuren and potentially get access to royalties/milestones of over $800 million, ROW and NNZ2591 including 4 indications with possibly a lot more in the autism space ,cash in the bank and tax losses .
10. I have been in the stock for just on nine years and am very confident that the company has never been in a better position than now !!!!

what would fire up the market is if the management including our directors start buying on market now. Action speaks louder than anything!
