Well, it's isn't just young people that are being infected with Omicron.
The increase in cases is not being matched at all with commensurate increases in hospitalisations and deaths, despite that not-young also being represented in the case numbers.

Well, on the recent data, something is causing hospitalisations and deaths to have become uncorrelated with the number of active cases. And the variable that has changed the most in the equation is the strain of vaccine.
