    a few days back I became symptomatic - either a cold or covid (not flu).

    So, I didn't go to our christmas day gathering here. I have support around me - one couple - americans have taken to delivering food to me.

    What's amazing are the portions. The first meal delivered was lunch - which, I could have happily existed on for about 2 full days (from the one meal). - and, it didn't stop there.

    From what I calculate, my portion size compared to what I'm being given is about 25% - somewhere between 20 and 30%.

    I reckon that they are serving up about 400% more than is required and if one adds in wine with meals and before meals - probably about 800% excess to requirement.

    A stunning oversupply of food.

    Anyway - I'm in exercise shutdown atm - I rapid flow tested yesterday - got a negative - so, officially - a 7 in 10 chance of being true negative - and, I'm guessing probably a real apx. 90% negative chance - because the testing procedure was spot on.

    I feel fine (ish) - nose is running like a bugger, have the sneezes far more often than I would wish for - that's about it. Slightly better yesterday and probably slightly better today.

    When I'm clear - I'll easeeeeeeee back into the exercise - keep the kilometres down low - between 5 and 10 for a while and back off on the cruise speed - no bike for a while at all. I stopped the Keto - on 24 dec. - weight went up and down a bit since, but is not far away from when I stopped - I only took the weight just before I stopped - because I wanted to see if the weight popped up strongly quickly - if I ate what I was given -------- hmmmmm - well, pretty obvious what would happen there
