The whole thing appears doddgy to me.

NWT is full of dodgy directors and now EWC is looking just as unprofessional and dodgy.

Somehow all of this smells of share price manipulation.

Who knows who really own EWC. It wouldn't surprise me to fins out at a much later date that AB is involved and used a dodgy takeover offer to try to bid up the share price.

Watching this company has taught me just what to watch out for in companies that I should steer clear of.
