We supposedly get 42% of Idsb profits estimated at circa $4mil p.a for iou's portion.
BUT anyone would know that $1 today or in IOU's case $42mil is worth alot more than $40mil over 10 yrs. It is simple present value vs future value equation.
IOU lost hugely in this deal IMHO.
