Why would a company not take advantage of a benefit that is available to them, regardless of whether they are the size of FMG or a start up? Management would be negligent if they didn’t. R&D rebate gives FMG 30 cents back for every dollar so they’ve still spent 70 cents of each dollar, government grant costs $0.
