    Very similar article indeed.

And as we know ANS is now attempting to execute the same game plan, hence a similar article. SDL had 10 years + to achieve this and as we all know now they did not achieve their goals for the port and rail.

ANS is in a very different position. Ding has the ability to achieve the port and rail with via his contacts in China. SDL did not have this connection to China (as we know).

With China's growing need for Ore and its unsettling relationship with Australia, their need to find a sustainable source of Ore grows by the day. Logically Africa is the location to achieve this.

I get what you are saying with the articles being somewhat similar , but looking at the current man in charge (Ding) and China's growing need for Ore this project will go ahead.

Not only is it needed for China, but both Congo and Cameroon benefit hugely from this project. They receive: royalties, infrastructure paid for by external companies (in which becomes their property once the lease is up), approx. 20,000 new jobs created as well as a huge bust to their GDP.

Now we have not only China needing this but both The Congo and Cameroon...

Looks primed for a green light in early 2022 if you ask me.
