What you mentioned is always a possibility cgt2009 although if there are complications with our trial patients post implantation the cause will be identified and either attributed to our valve or attributed to another reason.... we cannot be held responsible for deaths or complications not related to our valve.

"Re Acquisitions, I reckon the big two are playing it cool," yes, that would be the sensible way to play it in any negotiation although we do know that we have already been approached and talks are ongoing.... in the most recent Proactive Investors interview, Andrew Scott asked, "Are partnerships still an important part of the strategy?" to which Mr Paterson replied, "Look, they certainly are.... we're actively engaged with several of the companies right now on MULTIPLE discussions around our technology."

I haven't been able to do this incredible interview justice in this post so I recommend readers go and watch it for themselves, titled "Anteris Technologies CEO hails very good results from DurAVR."

In my opinion, a takeover, buyout, is a near certainty.

The only uncertainty is, at what price?
