As mentioned previously, during the P3 results call, when Serge was asked about trofinetide in other indications, he briefly mentioned TBI and didn’t mention Fragile X – perhaps looking to limit the value of trofinetide and keeping the lid NEU’s potential SP. Thanks Hottod, the devil in the detail. I wonder what influence Neuren has at the Joint committee table or indeed over the contract details if Acadia gets bought out.
Agree with Wasa - Neuren keeps Acadia at arm’s length, just taking the milestones and royalties that Acadia are prepared to offer (even if it just for Retts), does a great deal including big cash upfront for ROW trofinetide, with the focus then on developing and looking to do deals with NNZ2591.
Might take longer for the potential jackpot but then again with NNZ2591 merit and our SP hopefully appreciating, Acadia or a Big Pharma might then pay up big, knowing we’re not going to be a cheap, easily manipulated TO.JMO
