But i have to agree, PEN merging with Lotus makes little to no sense.
There's a reason PEN's pounds in the ground are valued less than other producers. And that metric is quite misleading because different pounds in different jurisdictions have vastly different values. Example PDN with all their unaccessable pounds in Queensland and Athabasca.
