Probably what's caused the delay was the fact our very own chairman is working on a takeover bid. Perhaps his interests were not aligned with the company whilst he was serving as our Chairman? I realise that it is the CEO's primary role to lead operations, but a chairman launching a takeover on his own company can't help I'm sure.
