Some people like dividends, some people don't.
I'd be ok with dividends when profit hits $1B with a ratio of about 30%.
Still leaves plenty for expansion, some in the kitty for unforeseen breakdown of equipment.
Gives a bit of cash back to holders or reinvest in a DRP
