I think a lot of retail investors were a bit annoyed after buying in at 32c and therefore didn't want to throw more money at it at this point in time. 40% is quite a low uptake when you think that we were able to apply for an extra 100% of our allotment.
I agree that the insider buying is a good sign and hope for good news during January. I applied for my +100% allotment of shares because I didn't take part in the 32c raise and felt like thus was a great opportunity to get some more.
