We made an announcement in April 2020 to inform the market that Poolbox would be rebranded as SpendaPool - https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20200501/pdf/44hgnjwtpk3nfh.pdf

The software behind the Poolbox suite, mainly a Point of Sale system, payments and service management is the very same functionality as Spenda (Spenda's POS, Splenda's service management software and Spenda's flexible payment tools).

Around 12 months ago the company made the decision to step away from industry branded products, such as Poolbox (which later became SpendaPool) in favour of a more ubiquitous approach that feeds into our node and spoke strategy and enables us to target a larger customer base.

Our marketing currently focuses more on business types; online marketplaces, franchise groups, wholesalers, suppliers and manufacturers and the retail and service industry. That being said, we are also still targeting industry verticals through product bundles most recently evidenced by our work in the Automotive Industry. You can see more of these industry packages in the footer of our website.
