As an SYA holder since before BAPE first became an issue at Authier I'd like to better understand permits, approvals and in particular BAPE.

As I understand we need BAPE at Authier before we can dig there. I recall it being implied at some point that as Authier will now only be a quarry (with processing done at NAL) it should be relatively straight forward. I guess with this change in direction we've had to re-submit for BAPE at Authier, but I don't recall seeing anything that confirms we've done this.

As NAL had been operating it has presumably been through all the necessary approvals processes required and so hopefully all the boxes are ticked there. Hopefully the slight change in plan (from what the approvals were originally likely based on) to feed it with Authier ore doesn't change requirements prior to a re-start.

What else is subject to BAPE? Moblan? Tansim?

And so the big question for me is, would someone sign an offtake with us or lend us money, etc etc prior to us getting these approvals?

If someone could point me in the right direction to read up on this it'd be appreciated.
