I don't know why he is holding onto our money. I have no reason to doubt that he will honour the commitment to return the surplus to shareholders.
In the proposal to take the company private he laid out a budget to maintain the company until the assets were sold. As long as he is keeping to this budget there is no room for junkets to London or other extravagances.
