Yeah, that's a no from me. Seen this so many times.
There's almost no value left to erode, so a consolidation creates a fresh window to do so.
I believe that if this motion is carried, the price will slip further than it possibly could have beforehand.
At present, the market capitalisation can only fall by half, if the SP falls to 0.001.
Currently approx 8,000,000,000 SOI.
Present MC at SP of $0.002 = approx $16,000,000
If SP falls to 0.001, MC = approx $8,000,000
Post consolidation approx 320,000,000 SOI and SP of $0.05
If SP falls to $0.002 again, which is entirely possible given past performance, MC = approx $640,000
In the mean time, they'll issue a truck-load of new equity to insto's and sophs who'll flip it back to retail holders that see the sophs/instos buying as a positive sign for the future.
As the SP slowly falls to pre-consolidation levels, T20 buy up at massive discount to retain control of the shell.
Rinse/repeat. I've lost quite a few pennies to this scenario over the years, but have learned my lesson well.
This is my call on CGB's future. I wonder if another random pivot will be thrown in for pump fuel. Hemp crypto?
