These SBNR are not shares - they are just rights to the new shares from the RI. As an existing SBN holder, you are entitled to these rights.

You can sell them up to when the RI will close, as they are rennounceable ,which I think is either 19th or 27th November ( check RI ann).

If you check SBNR code at the moment, the buyer there who wants the rights for 0.001, obviously has plans to convert these rights for another 0.001, therefore buying the shares for 0.002 whcih is cheaper than market (at the moment 0.003).
