Yes, it is a bit of a laugh.. especially Predictions. However he was not inaccurate, the wording, again, is BY 31st December which it achieved
The SP on 31st is irrelevant.
A retrace and close on 31st of $2:83 will have a few unnecessarily peeved..
It would also be zero bragging rights for him, as he already achieved a correct prediction
