I have received a reply after a bit of hassling and the companies position is that the article is hugely inaccurate and the BAU team is 100% fully in compliance with its permits and operations are continuing as per normal. They have a department dedicated that all government rules and regulations are complied with and BAU has met all rules and regulations and will continue to do so in the future. The article is wholly inaccurate at best and Work continues as per normal with full compliance. The email that was sent to me is shows once again the professional attitude within BAI management
