*one clarification, I said:
"They will almost certainly need more than $4Bn in spending to acheive their 20% goal..."
But, retained earnings, etc should be enough, IMHO, to be able to reach their 20% goal without substantial capital raising. DRP *may* even be sufficient, in the medium-long term (2-3 years).
