Depends how you look at it. Yes nothing is gauranteed but you are looking at things through a market lens and making stuff up just for the sake of your argument. I can use that argument for any stock in the ASX.
I prefer to look at things in a more scientific way. If I was a scientist I would be confident this drug would get approval by a board such as the FDA. If you got caught with your pants down it is your fault. You probably are not getting in at anything below $3. It is what it is. NEU rewards long term holders.
