This target statement looks almost frantic to me cause the Bullseye directors can see the deal falling over and they miss out bigtime. If it does fail I think EMR will still have another crack..............for less next time around, and realization of having missed out "by those that thought better" will get it over the line second time!
I seriously do not think we will be seeing any positive announcements from EMR until after the 14th of January to get the deal over the line under the current arrangements.
