We all have different perceptions of people , however I suspect you have misquoted raccoondog by stating he said "Kelly is a poor mining explorer" , as the wilbur lode discovered by Kelly and Heath Hellewell was beneath transported cover and missed years before by the most respected mine exploration company on the planet .
So how can Kelly and Hellewell be poor mining explorers to find a resource with limited drilling under meters and meters of dirt ?
As for a disgrace to the industry , from memory him and Hellewell got discoverer of the year - so doubt he is a disgrace .

There is an issue with Andy well in that the OVM as a indicated resource reduced considerably with depth which was unlike Great Fingal which I and probably others modeled the Wilbur lode to replicate early on .
However Doray were unable to replicate that model with drilling
MEK seem to have a different modeling from what DRM had used , and feel that it may be economic to remine .
