If anyone's interested, I just went back just over 4 years on the ETC thread to find some opinions of HotCopper posters on Dykes. This is someone that shareholders were trusting to run what was at one point a 200+ million dollar company, despite no cash flow. Scary! Here are some snippets...
Black Oil – 20/09/05
“…another prime example of Australian corporate mismanagement couldnt trust these clowns to run a lemonade stand let alone a public company take down their names and etch them into your memory then steer well clear of any company they are even remotely associated with”
Freakme – 20/09/05
“If I was a shareholder, I will be making every attempt to notify every authority (i.e ASIC, ASX) to commence a thorough investigation into Dykes & Co's insider share trading activities leading up to the appointment of Receivers & Managers. I'm sure I mentioned in a previous post that Dykes fitted the exact profile of a Director in which his Company will end up in the hands of an insolvency practitioner. Dykes exhibits all the hallmarks of being self-focused, manipulative and above all, untrustworthy. “
Shane76 – 23/09/05
“Dykes and Co are thieving little nobodies who know nobody of any note. ASIC could eat them alive if they have the desire to do so.”
Let us hope this is the last time...
