People are choosing to work part time so this is an issue that I don't think will be resolved any time soon.
My concerns as they relate to LVT are that through this quarter it is possible that revenue cannot be higher than it once was only because the existing clients have less staff, which is for sure. And obviously these people haven't just disappeared but are likely moving to jobs with less pressure which are likely to not use LVT.
